Once your product is picked up and passes Quality Check (Q.C.), a refund will be initiated, subject to return eligibility.
Important: Keep the shipment ready with all original items, tags, and packaging. Failing to return all requested items may affect your future return eligibility.
If your pin-code is not serviceable by our partners:
Once we receive and verify your return, we will refund both the product amount and the courier charges incurred.
We aim to process refunds within 7 business days from the date your return clears Q.C at our warehouse. Refunds depend on bank processing timelines.
