Return policy

We offer return/replacement of products ordered on royalflewgoods within 7 days of delivery. However, some products such as lingerie items, jewelry items, etc. are marked as “Non-Returnable” in the product description. Please check the ‘Delivery and Return’ section on the product page to confirm return eligibility.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • Original tags, packaging, and condition must be preserved.
  • You may try on the product but avoid any damage.

Example: Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, undamaged.

How do I return or exchange my order?

We provide an easy self-service return process:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Click on Return
  4. Select the item(s) to return

Once your product is picked up and passes Quality Check (Q.C.), a refund will be initiated, subject to return eligibility.

When will my return get picked up?

  • Pickup is usually scheduled within 3 days of placing the return request.
  • Our logistics partner will make three pickup attempts.
  • If not collected in these attempts, the request is marked complete. You can raise a new request if eligible.

Important: Keep the shipment ready with all original items, tags, and packaging. Failing to return all requested items may affect your future return eligibility.

What if I see ‘Pickup service is not available’?

If your pin-code is not serviceable by our partners:

  • Use a courier service to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  • Include the Return Slip (part of your invoice).
  • Submit the self-shipment details via the ‘My Returns’ section on our website/app.

Once we receive and verify your return, we will refund both the product amount and the courier charges incurred.

What is the refund policy?

We aim to process refunds within 7 business days from the date your return clears Q.C at our warehouse. Refunds depend on bank processing timelines.

In case of delays or issues:

  • We may ask for a screenshot of your bank statement.
  • If the product fails Q.C., we reserve the right to recover already credited refunds.
  • We may refuse refunds in cases of fraud or manipulative behavior.

Promotions, Offers & Refunds

  • Exchange is allowed for size only, subject to availability.
  • Refunds are provided proportionately for products bought during offers.
  • Shipping and COD charges are refunded proportionately.

How is the refund calculated in a B2G1 (Buy 2 Get 1) offer?

Returning any item from a B2G1 promotion voids the free item benefit. Refund is issued based on the actual paid price of the returned item(s).
